Alcohol content: 13.00% to 13.50% vol.

Color: bright garnet-red with orange tones after secondary fermentation. Flavor: dry, full bodied and correctly tannic.

This vine stock was taken into the south of Italy by the Greeks in the ancient times, it soon fitted the climate perfectly.
It’s a fresh, fruity and aromatic wine, suitable for ageing in bottles.

Production Area: south-west part of the region of Basilicata .
Harvest: end of September.
Vinification: first squeezing and removing of grapes stalks, immediate pressing, must fermentation at controlled temperature from 15° to 18° C.
Ageing: in stainless steel vats and in bottles for at least 3/6 months.
Colour: bright straw-coloured white with light golden tone.
Bouquet: fruity, intense and aromatic.
Palate: fresh and persistent flavour pleasantly tinged with light sour taste.
Cellar life: suitable for ageing up to 2-3 years.

Recommended dishes: fully bodied, excellent as aperitif, it well matches rich appetizers, risotto, shellfish, fish dishes and white meat.

Made from Aglianico and Montepulciano grapes, Terra dei Lupi, is now a modern product, very different from the traditional south Italy "rosato", it’s rich in colour and fully bodied with scents of strawberry and cherry.

Vine Stock: Aglianico del Vulture 60% and Montepulciano 40%
Production Area: north-east part of the region of Basilicata.
Vinification: grapes pressing and removing of stalks, draining and separation of the must after about 14 hours. Controlled fermentation from 15° to 18°C
Ageing: in stainless steel vats, then in bottles for at least 3/6 months.
Harvest: first and second decade of October
Technical comment and organoleptic characteristics: modern, elegant and quality wine.
Colour: bright cherry pink with interesting light blue shade.
Bouquet: intense fruity scent recalling cherry, strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: fresh flavoured and well balanced, with clear evolution and great constitution.

Recommended dishes: ideal full-table wine, excellent with appetizers, soups, risotto, fresh cheese, white meat as well as with pizza.

This Grappa made from Aglianico del Vulture is a noble product, amber yellow with nuances highlighting its aging in oak barriques. Obtained through the distillation of grape pomace, which absorbs the aromas of our wine during the fermentation and express the richness of this extraordinary vine.

Aging: the aging is a first carried out for some time in stainless steel vats and then in oaken casks.
Visual look: crystal-clear transparency with generous amber tones.
Smell: intense smell rich in berries shading off into sweet spiece aromas.
Taste: definitely balanced, full and sort on the palate.

Recomanded glass: tulip-shaped long-stemmed crystal glass; if you are tasting experts, we suggest to try out the large goblet.

Il mosto cotto è un prodotto tradizionale .
Si produce pigiando uva ben matura, con qualità zuccherina superiore a quella richiesta per la vinificazione ordinaria (23-25% di zuccheri), filtrandone successivamente il succo ottenuto.
Il succo veniva tradizionalmente cotto in paioli di rame o pignatte di terracotta; materiali ora sostituiti dall'acciaio inox. Dopo il raggiungimento del bollore, la cottura viene continuata a fuoco lento per varie ore, fino alla restrizione del liquido alla quarta parte del suo volume originario.
Il prodotto viene poi affinato da invecchiamento e dura fino a 24 mesi.
Si presenta come un liquido violaceo di densità e viscosità simile a quella dell'olio d'oliva, dal sapore particolarmente dolce.
