Each stage in olive cultivation, from hand-picking to final processing at the local oil mill, is attended to ensure a top quality and fully natural oil, greenish yellow in color and intense in aroma.
Oil production process in the mill is very simple and fully mechanical, through big granite millstones for olive crushing and cold pressing, according to tradition and without using chemicals.
